A building at the long closed Frenchburg Presbyterian School burned to the ground on Saturday, April 15. The fire, which broke out around 1:30 PM, required the response of several fire departments and the state Division of Forestry.
The cause of the fire was deemed accidental. A homeless tenant in the building, Donnie Mynhier, had been burning wood inside to keep warm. Some of the embers started to burn the ceiling which led to the structural fire. More from LEX18 →
