The Schirhart House is an abandoned Tudor Revival-style mansion in Ohio.

The land on which the house was built was part of the J.B. Thompson allotment, established in 1893. Constructed in 1930, the mansion spans 6,475 square feet and includes three bedrooms, one full bathroom, and three half bathrooms. 1

In 1980, Bruce Schirhart purchased the property from Thomas and Carmel Cooper. 3 Schirhart was a nurse and the owner of Villa Camillus, a nursing home. 2 He was also a member of the Third Order of St. Francis. He passed away in December 2020.

In December 2024, the property was sold to Casa Verde Growers.
