The story of a forgotten America.

Ford Motor Company to Acquire Michigan Central Station

Sources report that the Ford Motor Company began negotiations to acquire the long-abandoned Michigan Central Station from Morouns’ Crown Enterprises in March 2018, and the deal could be finalized as soon as April.

Ford officials, including Executive Chairman Bill Ford Jr., have said that attracting working talent to the company involves recruitment of a new generation of employees in urban areas—which involves developing office spaces closer to the city center. Not long ago, Ford acquired The Factory and situated employees within whose focus is developing sound business strategies on selling electric and autonomous vehicles.
