The Ghost Town of Nuttallburg, West Virginia
Nuttallburg, West Virginia is located along the New River in Fayette County and was a coal mining venture that was spawned out of England-born entrepreneur John Nuttall. Nuttallburg became the second mining town in the gorge to ship “smokeless” coal, with the last mine closing in 1958.

Waterfalls, Abandonments and Ithaca
I visited the long-abandoned Van Nattas Pumping Station in Ithaca, New York while on a life-changing several-week-long road trip to the Finger Lakes in 2016.
St. Andrew Catholic Church
St. Andrew Catholic Church was located in the Avondale neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio, and was in operation from 1875 until its merger in 2010.
