A building at the long-closed Frenchburg Presbyterian School burned to the ground around 1:30 PM on Saturday, April 15. The fire required the response of several fire departments and the state Division of Forestry, and the cause was determined to be accidental. A homeless tenant in the building, Donnie Mynhier, had been burning wood inside to keep warm. Some of the embers started to burn the ceiling which led to the structural fire. More from LEX18 →
